Overview
Export task breakdowns from Projan plans to Wrike. Epics map to folders and tasks map to Wrike tasks, preserving the plan hierarchy. Existing tasks can be imported as conversation context.
Prerequisites
- Wrike account with task creation permission in the target space
- Projan team admin or individual account
Setup Steps
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Wrike
- Click “Connect Wrike”
- Authorize the connection on Wrike’s consent screen
- Select a target folder during export
Permissions Requested
| Scope | Purpose | Access Level |
|---|---|---|
Default | Read account, folder, and task data | Read |
wsReadWrite | Create and update tasks and folders | Write |
What Data is Accessed
- Space and folder structure
- Existing tasks (for context import)
Data Storage
- Encrypted access and refresh tokens
- Wrike account host
Tokens auto-refresh - no re-authentication needed unless you revoke access from Wrike.
Disconnecting
Go to Settings > Integrations > Wrike > Disconnect.
Tokens are purged immediately. Previously exported tasks and folders remain in Wrike unaffected.
Troubleshooting
“No folders found”
- Verify the connected account can create tasks in at least one space
Dependencies not linking
- Dependency linking requires both tasks to exist in the same Wrike account; cross-account links are not supported
