How Projan pricing works
Projan is priced by the size of your organisation — not by how many people use it, how many specs you create, or how often anyone interacts with the tool.
Pick the plan that matches your team or company size. Once Projan is installed, everyone in your organisation gets full access. There are no user lists to manage, no seats to allocate, and no one gets locked out.
A 50-person company pays £179/month and all 50 people can use Projan. Whether 5 people create specs that month or 45, the price is the same.

How Projan works inside your organisation
Installing in Slack or Microsoft Teams
Your admin installs the Projan bot in your Slack workspace or Teams tenant. Once installed, anyone in the organisation can interact with Projan in any channel by mentioning the bot or using a slash command.
Projan listens to conversations where it's invoked and contributes intelligently. Multiple people can participate in shaping a spec together in a channel — Projan follows the discussion, understands the context from all participants, and produces output that reflects everyone's input.
How conversations work
Projan doesn't respond to every message in a channel. It monitors active spec conversations on a regular cycle, reads the latest discussion, and responds when it has something meaningful to add. This means your team can have a natural conversation and Projan joins in, rather than requiring each person to prompt it individually.
The result is that a spec shaped by 10 people in a channel costs roughly the same as one shaped by a single person — the AI effort is driven by the number of spec conversations, not the number of participants.
Using the web app
Projan is also available at app.projan.ai. Anyone in your organisation can log in to create specs, review existing ones, or continue a conversation started in Slack or Teams. The web app and messaging integrations stay in sync.
Choosing your plan
Your plan should match the size of your organisation or the team that will have access to Projan. If you're a 50-person company, you're on the up-to-50 plan. If you're a 120-person department within a larger business, the up-to-250 plan covers you.
If you're not sure, start with the plan closest to your current team size. You can upgrade instantly at any time.
Grace period
If your organisation grows beyond your current plan, we don't cut anyone off. You get a full calendar month to upgrade at your own pace. During this time, everyone retains full access.
No surprise billing
We will never automatically upgrade your plan or charge more than your current plan price without your explicit approval. If your team has outgrown a plan, your admin receives a notification with clear options.

Annual billing

Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with the price difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.

How do I choose the right plan?
Pick the plan that matches the size of your team or organisation. If you're a 30-person company, the up-to-50 plan has you covered. If you're a 200-person department, go with the up-to-250 plan. Everyone in the organisation gets access — there are no seats to allocate.
Does everyone in my company really get access?
Yes. Once Projan is installed, every person in your organisation can use it. There are no user limits within your plan, no seats to manage, and no one needs to request access. The plan covers your whole team.
Are there any limits on how much we can use Projan?
No. Every plan includes unlimited conversations and unlimited spec generation. There are no token limits, no monthly caps, and no overage charges. Use it as much as you need.
What if only a few people on my team actually use it?
The price is based on your organisation size, not individual usage. Even if only a handful of people actively create specs, the rest of the team can participate in conversations, review specs, and collaborate whenever they need to. You're not paying per person who uses it — you're paying for everyone to have the option.
How does Projan work in Slack and Microsoft Teams?

What happens if my company grows beyond my current plan?

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees on any plan.
What integrations are included?
All of them, on every plan. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, and more. There are no integration add-ons and no premium connectors.
