How our pricing works
You pay for the number of people who can use Projan, and how that’s counted depends on where you use it.
In the web app, you pay for the size of the team you add. Bring 25 people from a 1,000-person company onto the up-to-25 plan and you pay for 25, not the other 975. Real-time collaboration means that team can shape specs together in the app without rolling Projan out across the whole business.
In Slack or Microsoft Teams, the bot installs at the workspace or tenant level, so everyone in your organisation can use it. Those plans are priced for your whole organisation, once the bot is installed there’s no way to limit it to a subset of people.
So the web app is the scoped, lower-cost way in; Slack and Teams are the org-wide rollout. Either way it’s one flat price for the group, no per-seat charges and no usage metering. A 25-person plan costs the same whether 5 people are active that month or all 25.
The price per person falls as the plan grows: £120/month covers up to 10 people; a 50-person plan is £450/month.

There are no feature tiers and no premium add-ons. Every person on every plan gets the complete Projan experience, unlimited planned projects, every integration, and every feature we ship from here on.
Enterprise is the one thing that sits on top, and it’s deliberately not a better version of the product. The planning tool is identical for everyone. Enterprise adds the organisational layer your IT, security, and procurement teams need, single sign-on, user provisioning, audit, data residency, SLAs, not capabilities we’ve held back from smaller plans.

Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until then.
Currency and payment
All prices in GBP (£). We accept all major cards. Annual plans on the up-to-250 tier and above can pay by invoice and bank transfer.
If you outgrow your plan, we don’t cut anyone off. You get a full calendar month to upgrade at your own pace, and we’ll never raise your price without your explicit approval.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right plan?
It depends where your team uses Projan. In the web app, match the plan to the team you’re adding, a 20-person team takes the up-to-25 plan, even inside a much larger company. For the Slack or Teams integration, the bot is available to your entire workspace, so match the plan to your whole organisation.
Are there any usage limits?
None. Every plan is unlimited, unlimited conversations, unlimited spec generation, no token caps, no overage charges.
How does Projan work in Slack and Teams?
Your admin installs the bot once. After that, anyone can start a spec by mentioning Projan or using a slash command. Several people can shape the same spec in a channel, Projan follows the discussion and produces output that reflects everyone’s input.
What if only a few people actually use it?
You’re billed for the number of people who can use Projan, the team you add in the web app, or your whole workspace in Slack and Teams, not for how many are active in a given month. A quiet month costs the same as a busy one.
