Overview

Export task breakdowns from Projan plans to Smartsheet. Each plan becomes a sheet with rows for every task, preserving hierarchy through row indenting and linking dependencies between rows.

Prerequisites

• Smartsheet account with sheet creation permission
• Projan team admin or individual account

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Smartsheet
2. Click “Connect Smartsheet”
3. Authorize the connection on Smartsheet’s consent screen

Permissions Requested

WRITE_SHEETS	Add and update rows	Write
READ_SHEETS	List sheets and verify exports	Read

What Data is Accessed

• Sheet and workspace names
• Rows of sheets created by Projan

Data Storage

• Encrypted access and refresh tokens

Tokens auto-refresh - no re-authentication needed unless you revoke access from Smartsheet.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings > Integrations > Smartsheet > Disconnect.

Tokens are purged immediately. Previously exported sheets remain in Smartsheet unaffected.

Troubleshooting

“Sheet creation failed”

• Free Smartsheet plans limit the number of sheets; check your plan’s sheet quota

Dependencies not showing

• Enable the dependencies setting on the sheet’s project settings to display predecessor links
