Overview

Export plan items from Projan to Productboard as features, and import existing features, objectives, and notes as conversation context so the AI can ground documents in real product feedback.

Prerequisites

• Productboard account with Maker access or above
• Projan team admin or individual account

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Productboard
2. Click “Connect Productboard”
3. Authorize the connection on Productboard’s consent screen

Permissions Requested

What Data is Accessed

• Features, components, and objectives
• Insights and notes (for context import)

Data Storage

• Encrypted access token

Disconnecting

Go to Settings > Integrations > Productboard > Disconnect.

Token is purged immediately. Previously exported features remain in Productboard unaffected.

Troubleshooting

“No features found”

• Verify the connected account has access to the relevant product hierarchy

Export fails with “Permission denied”

• Feature creation requires Maker access or above in Productboard
