Overview

Import CRM context from HubSpot into Projan conversations. Attach deals, tickets, companies, or contacts as context sources so the AI can ground documents in real client data. This integration is import-only - Projan never writes to your CRM.

Prerequisites

• HubSpot account with CRM access
• Projan team admin or individual account

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot
2. Click “Connect HubSpot”
3. Select your HubSpot account and authorize the connection

What Data is Accessed

• Deals, tickets, companies, and contacts you explicitly attach to a conversation
• Object names and metadata when browsing for a context source

Imported content is fetched fresh each time the AI generates a response, and only for sources you have attached.

Data Storage

• Encrypted access and refresh tokens
• Imported context snapshots stored on the conversation they are attached to

Disconnecting

Go to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Disconnect.

Tokens are purged immediately. Context sources already attached to conversations retain their last imported snapshot until removed.

Troubleshooting

“No records found”

• Verify the connected account has CRM read access for the relevant object types

Stale context

• Context is re-fetched at AI generation time; if a deal changed in HubSpot, the next AI response uses the updated data
