Overview

Import Google Meet transcripts into Projan conversations as context sources, so the AI can ground PRDs and plans in what was actually discussed. This integration is import-only and read-only.

Prerequisites

• Google Workspace account with Meet transcription enabled
• Meetings must have had transcription turned on during the call
• Projan team admin or individual account

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Meet
2. Click “Connect Google Meet”
3. Sign in with your Google account and grant the requested permissions

Both scopes are read-only. Projan cannot create, modify, or join meetings.

What Data is Accessed

• Your calendar events (to list recent meetings with transcripts)
• Transcript content of meetings you explicitly attach to a conversation

Only your own meetings are accessible - Projan uses your personal OAuth grant, not domain-wide access.

Data Storage

• Encrypted access and refresh tokens
• Imported transcript snapshots stored on the conversation they are attached to

Disconnecting

Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Meet > Disconnect.

Tokens are purged immediately. You can also revoke access from your Google account permissions.

Troubleshooting

“No transcripts found”

• Transcription must have been enabled during the meeting; Meet does not generate transcripts retroactively
• Transcripts can take a few minutes after the meeting ends to become available

“Permission denied”

• Your Workspace admin may restrict third-party access to Meet data; ask them to allow the Projan app
