Overview

Export generated documents from Projan to Coda docs, and import existing Coda pages as conversation context for AI grounding.

Prerequisites

• Coda account
• A Coda API token
• Projan team admin or individual account

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Coda
2. Enter your Coda API token (generate one at Coda > Account settings > API)
3. Click “Connect”

Permissions Requested

The API token grants access to the docs the token’s owner can access. For tighter scoping, Coda lets you restrict a token to specific docs when generating it - Projan works with restricted tokens.

What Data is Accessed

• Doc and page names when browsing for an export destination or context source
• Page content you explicitly attach to a conversation
• Pages created by export

Data Storage

• Encrypted API token
• Imported context snapshots stored on the conversation they are attached to

Disconnecting

Go to Settings > Integrations > Coda > Disconnect.

The API token is purged immediately. Previously exported pages remain in Coda unaffected. You can also revoke the token from Coda account settings.

Troubleshooting

“Invalid token”

• Regenerate the token in Coda account settings and reconnect

“Doc not found”

• If you generated a doc-restricted token, ensure it includes the doc you are trying to use
